Berislav Loncarevic is a Croatian author born in Zagreb, Croatia 1971.There he spent his childhood and all the war years. He writes travelogues, novels and short stories. After studying law he set off to travel the world, writing down his experiences as he went. Book about his travels "Skitač na valovima", published in Croatia by Profil International, resided for several months on the bestseller lists. A collection of short stories titled "False Prophet" is Berislav’s first book written in English (Saritaksu Editions, Indonesia, 2010). Shortly after "False Prophet" was published, it entered the Amazon charts Hot New Releases in Asia category. Last year Berislav brought up "Bijeg u planine" (Durieux, 2013), a book about beginnings of snowboarding in Croatia, which instantly became a cult book in his homeland. For the time being Berislav is living in Bali, writing and surfing the waves of the Indonesian Archipelago.
